Wortley Hall welcomes you to stay for a night away or a short break with a fusion of traditional and contemporary design Wortley Hall is a delightful place to relax and unwind. With a range of bedrooms: Doubles Twins Singles Family Rooms & our popular Four Poster Room. /p

Free parking is available at the Hall We are just a 5 minute drive from the M1 and 20minutes from Sheffield city centre. There is a bus service from Wortley straight through to Sheffield City Centre. Manchester airport is around 1 hours drive and Doncaster airport just under an hour s drive. /p Within the grounds there is a small lake an abundance of wildlife and pleasant walks in a very peaceful environment. /p Free WiFi is available throughout the Hall and you would have access to our fitness room. /p The bar lounge provide a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing in the evenings. Food is available from 12 noon until 9.00pm every day. Our popular Ruddy Duck Restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday. /p There are some wonderful places to visit near Wortley from Meadowhall shopping centre to Wortley Top forge (finery forge and ironworks) to the lovely Market Town of Penistone. /p

Wortley Hall Ltd is a company in its own right a member of the Co-operative Union and with the Registry of Friendly Societies. Any operating surplus is spent on the Hall either in maintenance or development. Wortley Hall offers B&B Conferences Weddings & Self Catering Cottage facilities. /p

Directions to Wortley Hall

travelling from THE north via the M1 Leave the M1 at junction 36 take the A61 (Sheffield) after approx. 1 mile at the traffic island take the third exit onto A616 (Manchester) then on to the A629 (Huddersfield) for half a mile into Wortley village.

Turn right on the double bend keep left down the drive to the Hall.

travelling from THE south via the M1 Leave the M1 at junction 35A onto the A616 then the A629 (Huddersfield) for half a mile into Wortley Village.

Turn right on the double bend keep left down the drive to the Hall.

travelling from sheffield Use the A61 after Grenoside fork left onto the A629 (Huddersfield) into Wortley Village.

Turn right on the double bend keep left down the drive to the Hall.

travelling from manchester Use the A628 at the large traffic island (Flouch) turn right onto the A616

left onto the A629 (Huddersfield) for half a mile into Wortley village.

Turn right on the double bend keep left down the drive to the Hall.

travelling from THE huddersfield area Use the A629 to Wortley village.

Turn left at the church down the drive to the Hall.

travelling BY public transport The nearest trains stations are Sheffield & Barnsley taxis can be taken from these stations to the Hall.

Or alternatively the number 29 bus can be taken from Sheffield Bus Station the bus travels through Wortley. Once off the bus it is a short walk down the drive to the Hall.
