About this Pub Accommodation
The Buck Inn is a welcoming country pub overlooking the green in the beautiful village of Thornton Watlass which is at the entrance of Wensleydale, gateway to the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is the ideal base from which to explore this fantastic part of the country whether you are keen walkers, cyclists, sightseers or are simply looking to relax and unwind. We welcome families and dogs, and offer fishing and golfing breaks.
The Inn is located just a short distance from the A1 making us a great place for a stop over if you are in the area. The Buck Inn is located amongst a fantastic array of charming market towns and picturesque villages including Middleham, Masham and Harrogate. Our bar and dining area is a great place for relaxing in after you have taken in the local sites and serves a range of locally brewed cask ales.
