Perfect for families or groups visiting the picturesque North Yorkshire countryside, Barn Elm Lodge is a detached converted stables which is situated in eight acres of grounds next to the owner's house. Set in the charming village of North Rigton, Barn Elm Lodge offers a peaceful, rural base yet is within just a 10 minute drive or train ride into Harrogate. Leeds City Centre is also set 20-25 minutes away.
Local village amenities, such as a wonderful foodie pub, can be found a short walk away and the local train station, Weeton, is a five minute drive away where guests can pick up direct trains to York, Harrogate and Leeds.
Scenic walks and cycle rides can be enjoyed in the surrounding area including at Almscliffe Crag - a popular climbing and walking attraction situated just a 20 minute walk away.
The beautifully appointed living accommodation features floor to ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard garden which is accessed via the bi-folding doors. The space is also furnished with elegant wood flooring, a stylish brown suite with chaise longe, a wall mounted TV and a contemporary dining table with eight high back chairs. The luxurious kitchen is fitted with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and electric oven.
The well equipped boot and laundry room is fitted with a dehumidifier and racks - ideal for drying walking gear and outdoor clothing.

The lovely sunny patio can be accessed from both the lounge and the kitchen. Enjoy exploring the eight acres of grounds and the owner can arrange for guests to help feed the hens, collect eggs or pick seasonal produce from the vegetable patch by arrangement.
The extensive grassy area is ideal for picnics and there is parking for three cars.
Guests are welcome to bring their own barbecue if they wish to use one.
Other Things to Note
The rental charge includes electric underfloor heating, water, fuel, linen and towels.
Networks usually receive 3G/ 4G in the lodge and 70MB of Wi-Fi is available.
The owner requires occasional access to the hens in the paddock.

Short breaks of two nights or more may be available at certain times of the year. Two pets are welcome at an extra charge of £20 each per stay.
