Plenty of amenities can be found just 400 metres away and onsite facilities include a large utility room ideal for storing outdoor gear storage and an attractive rear garden.

The open plan lounge/ dining room has two comfortable leather sofas including one recliner, 43" Smart TV with soundbar and Freesat channels, DVD player and DAB radio/ Bluetooth speaker. The dining suite has four chairs and this area also has a serving hatch into the kitchen and patio doors out into the garden. Modern self catering facilities include an electric double fan oven, ceramic hob, fridge/ freezer, slim-line dishwasher and microwave.
The large utility room was converted from the original garage and provides plenty of space for housing outdoor equipment, bikes, outdoor clothing and walking boots. This space also houses the washing machine, ironing equipment and there is access to the rear garden.
