Featuring many original period features, the Best Western Parkmore Hotel is an impressive Victorian building set just one mile from the picturesque town of Yarm.
We offer 55 boutique guest rooms complete with en-suites and the addition of an onsite brassiere-style restaurant, sun patio and fully licensed bar.

Our 55 high quality rooms and suites are beautifully designed with contemporary decor and furnishings throughout.
Each room has newly refurbished en-suite shower facilities, a with 26” LCD TVs with Freeview channels, tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi access.
Room choices include singles, twins, doubles, romantic four posters and family rooms. There are also a selection of luxury suites and junior suites available.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served each morning in our onsite restaurant – J’s @ 636.
Our extensive breakfast menu includes the choice of a continental buffet with pastries, cereals, yoghurts and smoothies or a Full English and lighter cooked breakfast menu including a vegetarian breakfast option, omelette, salmon, eggs or porridge.
We are able to cater for other special dietary requirements with prior notice.
Restaurant
Our contemporary brassiere style restaurant serves a range of hearty dishes - cooked using local produce. Carvery lunches are served on Sundays and we have a fantastic afternoon tea and lunch menu.
We also have a fully licensed bar and a wide range of wines from our extensive wine list to accompany your meal.
Other Facilities
Our state of the art Leisure Club & Spa is free for guests to use and has a deck level swimming pool, spa pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room beauty salon and aerobic studio. There is a gym with cardio and resistance machines and a free weights section.

Rooms are available on room only basis, B&B and DB&B. Check in is available from 2pm and rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
