Contemporary in style and conveniently situated for easy access to the city centre which is only a few minutes stroll from the front door. The apartment is an ideal escape for families or couples with two bedrooms and modern self catering facilities throughout.

The apartment is set on one level and features open plan living space with access to a private balcony. The sitting room has comfortable sofas with seating for up to 6 guests and entertainment facilities in this room include a wall mounted Smart TV with DVD player and Freeview.
There is a family dining table with seating for 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Generously sized bedrooms in the Riverside Apartment comprise a master king size room with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom which can also be presented as a king size on request. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath.
The apartment has its own private balcony with views over the river and outdoor seating.
Our apartment shares access to well kept communal gardens next to the river bank. The gardens have plenty of seating areas for guests to enjoy.
Other Things to Note
Bed linen and towels are provided for your arrival and we can supply a cot for younger children on request. We offer free parking but a parking permit (obtained from us) must be displayed at all times when parked. Sorry – we are unable to accommodate pets.

The apartment is in an ideal location within a ten minute walk from the train station and only a few minutes less to the city centre. Ideal for both business and leisure, the apartment is close to a range of Canterbury’s most popular attractions.
The coastal towns of Whitstable and Deal are a short drive away for those who wish to venture further.
