There are three lovely bedrooms - one very large master suite with super king-size double, TV and en-suite, a further double room and a twin, each with their own en-suite bathroom. The open plan living area offers a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is off road parking for up to two cars, one in a secure underground space, and guests enjoy shared use of the communal landscaped grounds. With the walks, cycle trails, historic houses and theme parks of the Peak District on the doorstep, 6 Phoenix Buildings is a stylish and welcoming retreat for families, friends or couples alike.

Around and About
Litton Mill is a village on the River Wye, close to the heart of the Peak District. Nearby is Litton, with village green, community shop and 17th century pub. The Monsal Trail runs past, forming an 8.5 miles trail for walking or cycling which follows the hills above the river and through spectacular countryside. Visit Tideswell, Castleton or Bakewell, or enjoy the rides at Alton Towers!
