    This modern holiday home is located in a new residential area of this lovely coastal town, and perfectly suited to an enjoyable holiday with a 'home from home feel', providing very good quality accommodation for families and friends. The house is very well furnished and the addition of a paved patio and garden furniture creates the perfect spot in which to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or to dine al fresco in the garden. This property also has the added advantage of private parking on the driveway.  If you wish to leave the car at home it is an easy walk downhill to the town and beach.  And a bus can bring you back uphill and drop you nearby.

    This superb holiday home is situated in an elevated residential area of Lyme Regis, about fifteen minutes' walk down to the beaches, shops and restaurants with a convenient bus stop  nearby.  The house is part of an exclusive development with private parking and peaceful surroundings.  It's a great destination for a relaxing, traditional seaside holiday. This is also the perfect base from which to explore the whole World Heritage Coast of West Dorset and East Devon.  The pretty and un-spoilt Dorset seaside town of Lyme Regis has many independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes as well as a sandy beach, harbour and seafront promenade.
