The Purbeck Stone annexe is situated in one acre grounds in the heart of the countryside with views from the garden across the valley to Swanage and the Isle of Wight. Established since 1991, this four bedroom annexe boasts a Visit England 3 Star rating and has a shared garden surrounded by wooded areas with garden furniture and a child's swing. The property has parking for 3/4 cars on a gravel driveway. There is also free Wi-Fi internet access and Sky+ HD available to guests.
The ground floor houses a lounge with 32” flat screen TV, DVD player, video player/recorder, music system, iPod docking station and Sky+ HD. There is also a wood burning stove in this room that is ideal for the cold winter months - please note that logs are provided free of charge.
The kitchen/diner has seating for 6 people only and includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Guests are welcome to access the free Wi-Fi internet provided in the annexe and there is also a payphone for both incoming and outgoing calls.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor (1 double and 1 bunk bedroom). Please note that the bunk beds are only 5ft 6ins x 2ft 6ins therefore they are only suitable for children as they are not full size.
There is also an internal bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and hand wash basin and a separate toilet with hand wash basin.
As one double bedroom, the bathroom and a toilet are situated on the ground floor the property is suitable for the partially disabled.
The first floor has another two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and an adjacent shower room with shower, toilet and hand wash basin.
Both double rooms have a flatscreen Freeview TV with built in DVD player and there are clock radios in all 4 bedrooms.Outside
Guests are able to use the off-road parking on the gravel driveway and there is room for 3/4 cars. The main garden is shared with the owners and boasts stunning views across the valley to Swanage and the Isle of Wight. There are several wooded areas , a children’s swing and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.
Other Things to Note
All electricity, heating and bed linen is included in the rental price of the property.
Towels are also provided for guests (1 bath and 1 hand per person). Please note that these are for in house use only. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
We welcome children of all ages at our property and a cot, high chair and stair gate are all provided free of charge.
Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement at no extra cost. Smokers are also welcome.
Logs are supplied for the wood burning stove free of charge and there are night storage heaters in all main rooms (not bunk bedroom).

Short breaks are available between October and March, charged at £100 per night (minimum 3 nights.) Please note this property is not available over the Christmas and New Year period.

From Corfe Castle carry on along the main A351 towards Swanage until you get to Harmans Cross. Turn right at crossroads just before Murco petrol station - this is Haycrafts Lane. Go up the lane for approx 3/4 of a mile. Stoneacre is on the left hand side of the road. The name is on the stone wall outside.
