Bedroom 2 Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, fitted wardrobes, vanity unit with wash basin and lovely views. Off this room is Bedroom 5, a small single child's bedroom with standard cot and small single bed. Bedroom 3, with two sets of full size 3ft bunk beds (sleeping 4 children), fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 4, twin bedroom with 3ft beds, fitted wardrobe, wash basin and garden views. Family bathroom with bath, basin, separate shower cubicle, WC.


    Beautifully kept, mature garden with spacious lawns, trees and shrubs. Across the front of the house is a stone terrace featuring a pergola with garden table, chairs, parasol and protected on one side by glass panelling, a superb spot to enjoy outdoor meals and the beautiful views.

    Parking: Ample parking at both the front and rear of the house in a private driveway.


    Included: Bed linen (not towels), standard cot, high chair, WiFi,  electricity, oil fired central heating. Aga supplement if required £40/week,  (Towels may be hired from an independent local company please enquire with Toad Hall Cottages for details). Please note: At peak times download speed on broadband can be affected.
