Weymouth Carnival

Wingwalker at Weymouth Carnival
The annual Weymouth Carnival has a real buzz of excitement around it. The event takes place annually in August and The Red Arrows display team usually feature in the line-up. Other highlights include the dazzling Grand Parade, the crowning of Miss Weymouth and if you dare you can try a spot of beach bungee jumping and help to raise money for carnival charities. Bungee jumps are often FREE to all participants raising a minimum amount of funds for charities! An International Food Village is usually located around the harbour wall and Pavilion area, with plenty on show and to sample there! Live music on The Beach Stage showcases some of Dorset’s best local talent and the event always finishes with a breathtaking finale fireworks display.
