Home to a host of maritime attractions, a fine marina and some of the best golf courses in Wales, Swansea is the second largest City in Wales. Attractions to enjoy include the National Waterfront Museum, the Dylan Thomas Centre and Swansea Castle which dates from the 12th Century. The Swansea Museum is the oldest museum in Wales and has a particular focus on the City’s mining history or if you are travelling with the kids, enjoy a day out to one of Swansea’s parks including Plantasia with its onsite Tamarin monkeys. You could also enjoy a walk around the Botanical Singleton or go on a bike ride around Swansea Bay and Afan Forest.
