The park contains a wonderful Art Deco Cafe and lots of family fun attractions and activities including the award-winning Blackpool Model Village, boating on the lake, a children’s shuttle train, guided walks and ample picnic space.
Another unmissable inland Blackpool attraction is Blackpool Zoo directly adjacent to Stanley Park on East Park Drive. The zoo with its variety of themed natural enclosures is home to thousands of birds, reptiles, mammals and invertebrates. A fabulous three storey indoor playbarn is also here along with a range of animal experiences, cafes and shops including a great main family shop in the entrance hall selling animal related gifts, toys and souvenirs.
