The hotel has 25 stylish bedrooms including cosy double rooms, large premium sea view rooms and a variety of other room configurations to suit all guests.
Rooms are contemporary in style, housed within a classic Victorian building. A delicious, varied breakfast menu is served daily with choice including Full English Breakfast, Balmoral Eggs Benedict, Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs and American Pancakes.
Fine dine in-house and enjoy a freshly prepared five course meal using the best of local produce and created by our innovative head chef. The freshest fish is sourced from local Brixham fish market, and eggs and meat produce comes from local farms and family butchers in the Devon area. Our new French/English table d'hote menu changes daily. The restaurant is open from 6.45pm to 8pm, and most tables have stunning views.
The hotel is open all year round and caters for all kinds of special occasions with special seasonal menus such as our 8 course festive meal with all the trimmings available across the Christmas season. Small or large functions are welcome.

Guests staying at the hotel may use leisure facilities at the off-site Hesketh Health Club located directly opposite. Purchase passes for the health club directly - just show your room card.
Daily passes per person cost £10 and tennis court hire is £5 for one hour (up to 4 people).

Dartmoor National Park is only around a 30 minute drive away and beautiful Babbacombe with more spectacular beaches and a popular model village is within walking distance of the hotel.
The Balmoral is around a 2 minute drive from Torquay town centre. To reach us follow signs for Torquay Harbour, and from there follow signs to Meadfoot Beach.
We have blue signage and are the last hotel on the right hand side of the road before you reach Meadfoot beach.
