Situated in an elevated position overlooking Loch Insh and the Cairngorms, Katchana is an appealing three bedroom property ideal for larger family groups enjoying a peaceful and scenic break. The nature filled garden is the perfect place to relax and there is also a private hot tub! Guests can also bring up to four dogs by prior arrangement.
The spacious lounge has two large leather sofas, two easy chairs, a wood burner stove, Sky + TV with sports and family channels plus a separate dining area. The kitchen is well appointed with a fridge/ freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric cooker and microwave.
The property has a well established garden with outdoor furniture, hot tub and there is also secure storage for bikes/ skis. Off road parking for three cars is also provided.
Wheelchair access is possible via a ramped path up the hill.
The rental price includes bed linen, towels, electricity and starter pack for the fire. A cot, high chair and stairgate can also be supplied.
A shop and pub can be found one mile away.
Please note we do not accept stag/ hen or similar groups.
Short breaks of two nights or more may be available. One dog is welcome and three additional pets may be accepted at £25 each per stay.
