The Oakhill Inn is a traditional country pub with five elegant rooms offering high class bed and breakfast. There is a family suite available and rooms one and five both have baths as well as showers. Guests have commended the owners on their amiable nature and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure all visitors have a happy holiday, with all expectations exceeded.
Enjoy delicious, award winning food in the restaurant and an excellent choice of local ciders and real ales in the bar. There is an outdoor seating area where visitors and guests can relax plus we offer great facilities including off road car parking.
We have twin, double, king size, super king size rooms and a family suite. All rooms are en suite and have a TV and radio and tea and coffee making facilities. Beds are made up with the best Egyptian cotton bed linen and one of our guest rooms has an ensuite bathroom with roll top bath.
Our freshly prepared menus are full of local and seasonal produce and this is reflected in the excellent breakfast, home made old spot sausages and bacon and local free range eggs, apple juice from The Orchard Pig and fresh coffee all feature along side home made jam and marmalade and freshly baked pastries. We also offer poached smoked haddock with poached eggs, mushrooms on toast, devilled kidneys on toast.
There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the pub, the rooms are available to single occupants during the week at reduced rates. Our conservatory is available for meetings and presentations for guests and we also we have a media projector and screen available for guests to use.
We have achieved a rosette for the third year running for our award winning food. Our head chef Neil Creese recently won national recognition winning the gastro pub challenge at the Earls Court Restaurant Show, his skill and dedication shine through in his menus, dinner at the Inn is an dining experience you will not forget backed up by great value for money.
