About this Holiday Cottage

Perfect for relaxing family breaks, Trinity Cottage in Roadwater is a newly refurbished four bedroom cottage ideal for exploring Exmoor National Park, the Quantocks and the stunning West Somerset coastline. Local amenities including a village shop and pub can be found a short walk away and the varied amenities of Williton can be found a ten minute drive away. 


Patio doors from the stylish sitting room lead out into the garden and this space is furnished with a wood burner stove and smart TV. The kitchen has been newly refitted for 2019 and is equipped with a large, American-style fridge/ freezer, traditional Aga, fan-assisted oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and other small appliances. Glazed patio bi-fold doors open up on the parking area at the rear of the property. There is also a breakfast table plus the additional family dining room perfect for dinner parties.

Guests enjoy access into a lawn garden with outdoor seating to the front and a gravel garden with patio to the rear. The garden is enclosed by a hedge and fencing but is not entirely dog-proof. There is also parking for three cars, storage for bikes and a three acre paddock which guests can use. Please be aware that this are is also used for sheep grazing.  

Other Things to Note

The rental charge includes Wi-Fi, heating, electricity and towels. Please bring your own beach towels if these are required. 

Arrival time is after 4pm and please vacate by 10am on your departure day.

Children are welcome but should be supervised upstairs due to the low windows. 


Short breaks of three nights or more may be available during off peak times. Two dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £15 each per stay - please note that dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must not be left unattended in the property.
