The gorgeous lounge has a wonderful south facing bay window, two sofas, easy chair, feature fireplace with electric fire, TV, DVD player, coffee table, occasional tables and plenty of reading and mood lighting. The kitchen has a family dining area with four chairs along with modern self catering facilities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor and fridge/ freezer.
The apartment has two thoughtfully presented bedrooms; both are double rooms and the first is larger with a king size bed. Each has drawers, some hanging space and there is further storage in the tall cupboards in the hallway. The bathroom has a sparkling white suite with bath, electric power shower, hand basin, WC and glass shower screen.
There is no outside space at the property. The apartment is accessed via four short flights of stairs.
The rental charge includes utilities, bed linen, personal towels, tea towels, a removable guard rail for the lounge window, child's booster seat and cot.
Please bring your own beach towels if they are required along with linen for the cot if needed.
We supply parking permits for one car (on street parking) and there is an additional public long stay car park closeby.
Short breaks of two nights or more may be available during off peak times and within three weeks of arrival in peak times. We also offer reduced occupancy rates for two people and a multi-week discount.
One small/ medium dog is welcome free of charge.
