Situated a five minute walk from the centre of Kendal, Toffeepot Cottage is a traditional stone-built property which has been comfortably refurbished to a high standard throughout. A wonderful base for exploring the Lake District, Windermere and Bowness are a short drive, bus or train ride away and the property is just a short stroll from scenic walks along the River Kent through Gooseholme Park. Kendal Castle is also closeby along with many other historical sites and museums.
The living accommodation at Toffeepot Cottage includes a charming lounge with sash window, leather corner suite, gas wood-burner effect stove, a 32" Freeview TV, DVD player and stereo. A modern range of kitchen facilities includes a washing machine, fridge/ freezer, electric cooker and microwave. There is also tiled flooring in the kitchen along with a round dining table with four chairs.
The property has one double bedroom with five foot bed plus a further twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with shower attachment, WC and hand basin.
Enjoy relaxing in the shared courtyard garden with outdoor furniture provided. Free on-road parking can be found closeby.

The rental charge includes bed linen, towels, gas central heating and electricity.
There is no Wi-Fi at the property, however, there is a strong 4G signal on most major networks.
Due to the age of the property, unfortunately Toffeepot Cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Short breaks of three or four nights are welcome at certain times of the year.
Two pets are accepted at an extra charge of £5 each per stay.
