The living accommodation is all set on the ground floor and includes a large living room with modern wood burner stove, bright bespoke furniture and a 55" wall mounted Samsung TV. There is also a dining area for eight people in the kitchen and modern self catering facilities include two dishwashers, a six plate induction hob, electric Aga, double door fridge, freezer, boiling water tap and convection microwave oven.
Leading off the kitchen is the handy utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, utility sink, additional freezer and a supplementary bathroom with shower, loo and WC. The ground floor boot room provides plenty of space for outdoor gear, rucksacks, waterproofs etc.

The property has its own large paddock which is situated to the front of the house which boasts unspoilt views up Cawdale Valley and across to the Pennines. There is also garden furniture for six people, a barbecue and parking for up to three cars.
Short breaks may be available throughout the year except over the Christmas/ New Year period when a seven night minimum stay applies. No pets. This accommodation is for adults only.
