This bright and welcoming property could not be more central in the pretty Cornish fishing village of Polperro. Located at the Big Green, which is the nucleus of the popular Polperro Festival, this superb Cornish holiday cottage has been tastefully refurbished and now offers a high standard of accommodation. Preacher John Wesley stayed here in 1760 and in 1835 the property became a meeting room for members of the Wesleyan Methodist church and was known as The Refuge. Arranged over two floors, with large windows and spacious, open plan living accommodation, this really makes for a sociable yet cosy space. Character remains a strong feature and the woodburning stove demonstrates this. Within a few steps of traditional pubs, restaurants, and the South West Coastal Path, Wesley House makes a fantastic choice for visitors to this beautiful part of Cornwall.
