This comfortable and attractive holiday property is located in a quiet residential area of the popular West Dorset market town of Bridport. It is just over a mile from the sea at West Bay, the stunning setting of the much-watched television series 'Broadchurch'. The house, arranged over two floors, has an open-plan ground floor with a modern fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. Full height glass doors open onto a patio and small, fully enclosed, garden area at the rear. The house has been tastefully furnished and decorated in a contemporary style and provides a comfortable and relaxing holiday home for couples or families. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a well-equipped bathroom. The ground floor also includes a separate cloakroom w.c. off the entrance hall. The fully enclosed garden and abundance of walking countryside nearby make this the perfect choice for those bringing a dog on holiday.

The house, one of four properties in a recently built small residential development, is quietly located a few minutes walk from the centre of the vibrant West Dorset market town of Bridport with its wide range of shops, pubs and good restaurants. Bridport is also home to a lively street market and has an active Arts Centre as well as The Electric Palace, an independent entertainment venue offering music, comedy and theatre. The coastal fishing port of West Bay with its beach and harbour is just over a mile away and can be reached easily via a footpath along the riverbank. The whole of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, including the lovely seaside town of Lyme Regis is a short drive away. The surrounding area is a real treat for walkers, and for those that want to enjoy the stunning local countryside without venturing far, the beautiful Woodland Trust land at Allington Hill and Coopers Wood is just a two minute stroll from the house.

Open-plan living area with fitted kitchen, including electric oven and gas hob, microwave, larder fridge, (separate freezer also provided in under stairs cupboard) and dishwasher, dining table and lounge area with easy seating and TV/DVD and iPod dock. Glass doors to patio. First floor: Bedroom 1 with a double bed and TV/DVD. Bedroom 2 with 2'6" twin beds. Bathroom with bath, shower over bath, and w.c. Outside: Fully enclosed patio with furniture opening onto a small area of lawn.

Off-road parking for two cars. Shop: 500m. Pub: 500m. Beach - West Bay 1.5 miles. One well behaved dog welcome. No smoking. Arrival 3.00pm - departure 10.00am. Arrival day for weekly bookings Friday.
