The town is a wonderful location for those seeking a traditional seaside break and the famous Cob to explore. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap. If you are planning a holiday without a car, the mainline railway station in nearby Axminster is served by a regular bus service (or taxis), to and from the town. Lyme Regis includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. A wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, and small theatre can be found.

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with twin electric ovens, gas hob, washing machine with dryer, microwave, dishwasher and tall fridge/freezer. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a Kingsize bed. Shower Room with walk in shower, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and WC. Stairs leading down to basement Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft beds.
There is an alternative exit via the kitchen door to the outside area. There is no outdoor seating with the apartment.
Nearest public parking 2 minute’s walk. The closest long stay car park in Lyme Regis is Charmouth Road (DT7 3DW). For 2016 this carpark is £2 per day. It is within easy walking distance of the property, town centre and seafront.
