This property is the perfect choice for those seeking a seaside apartment with all of the amenities of this unspoilt little coastal town right on the doorstep. The seafront promenade, shops, restaurants, pubs and gardens are all just a stone's throw away. Banff has an open plan living area with a lovely large bay window, making it a light and bright apartment. One small or medium size, well-behaved, dog will also be welcomed. An allocated off-road parking space for one car is provided (see details below).
This holiday property is quietly located just behind the main shopping street in the heart of the unspoilt Dorset seaside town of Lyme Regis. As well as a sandy beach and seafront promenade, the town includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. Lyme Regis is a wonderful location for those seeking a traditional seaside break. A wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, a small theatre and a cinema can be found in the town. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap. If you are planning a holiday without a car, the mainline railway station in nearby Axminster is served by a regular bus service (or taxis), to and from the town.
Self-contained apartment - first floor (access via one flight of internal steps from the parking area): Entrance hallway. Open plan living room with easy seating and flat screen TV, dining table and kitchen with electric ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with ice-box, dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bathroom: with bath, separtate shower cubicle, w.c. Utility cupboard with washing machine. Outside: There is an allocated off-road parking space for one car - please note that the access to the parking area is through a narrow archway from the main shopping street, approximately 1.9m wide at the narrowest point (may not be suitable for some cars). If required, there is plentiful safe public parking a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
