The large and well equipped sitting room has two sofas, Freeview TV, a DVD player and a log burner stove. A dedicated dining area can be found just off the kitchen which has a light oak table for up to six people. The modern range of kitchen facilities includes a washing machine, electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave plus plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware.
The cottage has a small private garden to the front and a rear garden with lawn and mature shrubbery.
Outdoor furniture and a BBQ are provided.
An unusual addition to the exterior is an old pigsty which is now obviously not in use but fully clean and safe, ready for the kids to explore.
The rental charge includes electricity, oil central heating, an initial supply of logs for the fire, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels.
A welcome tray including milk, bread, eggs and wine is provided.
