Situated in a leafy lane close to Barnard Castle's bustling Market Place, the cottage is ideal for exploring the upper reaches of the River Tees with plenty of walks to be enjoyed closeby. Ramblers will particularly a visit to the Flatt Woods along the river.
A fantastic choice of shops, restaurants, cafes, museums and galleries can be found just a short stroll away and the town also holds a weekly local market.
