About this Luxury Garden Apartment

South View Garden Apartment is a stunning ground floor apartment in a spectacular beachside location in Alnmouth on the Northumberland coast.  All modern amenities include free WiFi, 3 en-suite bedrooms, remote control heating and lighting and a well equipped kitchen.  Accommodation is ultra stylish throughout and comes with free onsite parking.  A sunny south facing sun room has floor to ceiling bi-fold doors out to a private garden and fabulous views towards the River Aln estuary.  The apartment is only a short walk from Alnmouth village centre amenities and is perfectly placed for exploring the Northumberland Heritage Coast. 

Living Space

Living space is open plan and immaculately presented.  A south facing sun room looks across to the private garden and River Aln estuary.  An open plan lounge/ dining room has a unique Italian design and a modern kitchen features bespoke and integrated top range appliances.

A communal entrance leads into a spacious hallway off which all rooms are located.  In the hallway you'll find a central electrical control touchscreen regulating all lighting, heating, air-conditioning and a sound system.  All rooms in the apartment have separate remote controls for opening blinds and windows.

  • Sun Room - south facing with bi-fold doors to private garden and decked area.  Wicker style furniture, a 40" freestanding TV and 180 degree views of the estuary.
  • Lounge/ dining and kitchen area - accessible from the hallway or from the sun room.  This is a large open plan space luxuriously furnished throughout with 2 large leather sofas, a low coffee table and a floor lamp.  A wall mounted 40" TV is just above the fireplace with Sky TV package inclusive of movies and sports.
  • Utility room - located to the rear with extra freezer space, a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing station.
  • Cloakroom with a wc, wash basin and a heated towel rail.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

All bedrooms are furnished to the highest standard with bedside tables, wardrobes and ample storage space.

  • Master Bedroom with views to the front featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room featuring a double walk-in rain shower, heated towel rail, wc and wash basin.
  • Bedroom 2 - a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, rain shower, wc, heated towel rail and two free-standing wash basins.
  • Bedroom 3 - a twin with en-suite rain shower inclusive of a wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.

Outside/ Parking

The apartment has its own sunny private garden and decking area with attractive outdoor furniture. There is also a shared courtyard area.

Private secure parking is also available to the rear for 1 car with further parking available on nearby free parking bays.


Arrival is any time after 16.00.  Guests have easy access to the apartment with a key safe mechanism installed.
