Welcoming Glanaber B&B sits in the heart of countryside yet is a mere 5 minutes from Llwyngwril Beach on the Snowdonia Coast. Ideally situated for a walking weekend away, a relaxing midweek escape or a longer leisurely holiday, our lovely Bed and Breakfast has two comfortable rooms each with their own unique style and a private shower. The B&B is a character Welsh Edwardian stone terrace built in 1910. To the rear the B&B has wonderful views of Cardigan Bay from the second floor. Numerous attractions are nearby including the Talyllyn Railway, inspiration for the author of 'Thomas the Tank Engine'. You'll also find a supermarket, pubs and great restaurants in Talyllyn, and for film lovers a historic cinema is in Tywyn dating from 1893.
Choose from our two guest rooms including a double en-suite and a twin/queen bedroom as preferred. Rooms are available at an exceptional price and include breakfast.
Both rooms have their own private shower rooms with a wc and wash basin. Facilities in each room include Satellite TV, WiFi internet access and tea/coffee making facilities.
Our two rooms are competitively priced with the same rates for both rooms:-
Beautiful Llwyngwril is a small village along the shoreline of Cardigan Bay. The village contains a shop with a post office and a fabulous pub. You can pick up daily bus and rail services in the village.
We're a perfect base for walkers with the coast path and Snowdonia National Park just on our doorstep.
The stunning 5 minute walk from the B&B to Llwyngrwril Beach is direct for our door - look out for 'knitted characters' along the way, particularly during peak summer season. Locals have a real passion for yarn bombing, and the village was recently featured on Channel 4's 'Coastal Railways'.
Tywyn is around 10 miles from the B&B and has a leisure centre with a swimming pool, a charming historic cinema, pubs and restaurants.
Head to the Aberdovey harbour area, only 14 miles away, for golfing, boating and a variety of water sports. Day trips to Barmouth, Harlech and Porthmadog along the spectacular Cambrian Coast are all within easy reach.
