About this Apartment

Clifftop Apartment is a stylish first floor apartment on the Pentire Peninsula in Newquay in a fantastic location just 100 metres from Fistral Beach.  Living space is ultra modern throughout and accommodation sleeps 4/5 with a spacious 24 ft terrace to the front perfect for alfresco drinks and dining, with stunning views across to Fiscal Beach.  Country views backing onto the Gannel Estuary and Crantock Beach are to the rear.  The apartment is one of only six apartments in a peaceful location with private parking for 2 cars included.  Guests can hear the waves breaking and spot the surfers on the bay from the terrace, the master bedroom and the living room.  Bars, restaurants and cafes are only a few minutes' walk away. 

Living Space

  • First floor apartment with electronic door and voice entry system.
  • Living area/ entertainment including a 50" TV with Sky, Chromecast, DVD player and a collection of DVDs, Nintendo Wii Console, WiFi and board games.
  • Fully fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, an oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, ice maker, wine cooler, blender and all essential dishes, glasses and utensils.
  • Dining space - breakfast bar and outdoor dining table.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

  • Two double bedrooms, fully carpeted with double glazing, central heating and a large corner sofa with plenty of cushions and throws.
  • One bathroom and 1 en-suite to the master bedroom.
  • A travel cot with extra bedding is also available.
  • The master bedroom to the front includes an en-suite with a shower, access out to a spacious terrace with views, a flat-screen TV with Sky and ample fitted wardrobe space.
  • Bedroom 2 is to the rear and features a twin chest of drawers offering ample storage plus a large Smart TV.

Other Things to Note

All modern facilities include WiFi, Sky TV with movie channels, an Amazon fire stick and a games console.

Essentials including heating, an iron and board, parking, towels, a washing machine and tumble dryer and a cot are all inclusive. (please bring along your own beach towels).

Fresh bed linen and towels are supplied and a linen change is available for stays of 1 week or more.

A complimentary welcome hamper with cream teas, coffee, milk and a selection of other essentials is available on arrival. 

There is a selection of shared body boards and buckets and spades kept at the entrance to the apartment building. 

Availability/ Booking

Changeover day during high season is usually a Saturday.  Check-in time all year round is after 3pm and check out is by 10am.  Please enquire direct for up-to-date and accurate pricing and availability. 

Booking is a simple process.  We require 30% deposit to book via bank transfer or cheque.  We will then contact you 6-8 weeks prior to your holiday for the remaining balance.  Once the balance is received we will then send you arrival details (directions, keys, apartment access code details).  

For bookings within 6 weeks of arrival we will require full payment on booking. 

Around and About

The apartment offers the perfect location for a seaside holiday.   The beach, bars, restaurants and cafes are all only a short stroll from accommodation.  The lovely old Fern Pit Cafe is just a 5 minute walk away, and more great food is served at the nearby Headland Hotel and Lewinnick Lodge.

Pentire Point is within minutes of two premier golf courses and Newquay town centre is around a 20 minute walk away offering an excellent range of shops, restaurants and pubs. 

The harbour with an excellent seafood restaurant and fishing/seal watching boat trips is also close by.

Fistral Beach and the Gannel Estuary footpath are a 5 minute walk from the apartment.  The Estuary footpath leads on to Crantock Beach with its breathtaking sand dunes, cliffs and cafes once used by smugglers.  The crossing is tidal, however a small ferry service is available on request during the season.  

Pentire Point Headland passing the Lewinnick Lodge is a 10 minute walk away.

Newquay offers a wealth of attractions including a zoo, waterworld, a skateboarding park, indoor and outdoor bowling, tennis and badminton courts, golf, and a harbour with diving and fishing excursions.
