About this Holiday Home

Number Twenty Four in West Wittering is only a short distance from the eastern end of the beach and a 5 minute walk from village amenities and restaurants in East Wittering.  This ultra stylish, beautifully presented property is great for a seaside break and ideal for families with bright, spacious bedrooms including one bedroom on the ground floor.

The house sleeps up to 10 guests, ideal for two families holidaying together or a larger group.  Living space is bright and open plan, and outside the large rear private garden features a spacious deck and lawn area.  A selection of children's toys, games and DVDs are available and there is a table tennis table in the garage.  Pets are welcome and off road parking for 3 cars is onsite.

  • There is access out to a large private and secure south facing garden with a decked area, a great spot for al fresco drinks and dining.

  • All bedrooms are light and bright with a stylish decor.
  • A king-size double, a twin and a bathroom are on each floor.
  • A twin room located on the first floor has 2 extra pull out single beds and a freestanding cot.
  • A travel cot is also available along with the freestanding cot.
  • Ground floor bathroom with a bath and a shower over.
  • Upstairs bathroom with a bath and a freestanding shower.
  • An additional wc and a utility room are downstairs.

Outside

The rear south facing garden is sunny and secure, ideal for families and pets.   A spacious deck includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing with a cold beer or wine at the end of the day whilst the children play on the large lawn area with space for a trampoline or a game of boules.

  • Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring along your own beach towels or cot linen).
