Situated on the edge of Exmoor National Park, Bratton Mill Farmhouse is a delightful former mill with lovely features dating back to the 17th century. Full of period charm throughout, guests can relax in the peaceful riverside gardens, in the conservatory or in the cosy lounge with wood burner stove.
Enjoy exploring the surrounding 28 acres of tranquil grounds and gardens which are rich in a variety of wildlife. The North Devon coast can also be found closeby along with a range of historical and natural attractions.
The beautiful interior includes a large feature stone fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, DVD player and radio. Additional seating can be found in the contemporary conservatory where guests can relax and enjoy the scenic views over the garden and river. The dining room provides seating for eight people and the kitchen is well appointed with a Rayburn oven, electric hob, American fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Ironing facilities and a hair dryer are also provided.
The cottage has one double bedroom with king size bed, two further double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There are also two bath/ shower room facilities.
The property has its own parking area and gardens which are bordered on one side by the stream. Outdoor furniture including recliners are available and there is parking for two cars closeby.
The rental charge includes bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi. Basic cleaning facilities and non-perishable kitchen items are also provided.
There is no mobile reception at the cottage.

Short breaks may be available at certain times of the year. Two dogs are accepted at an extra charge of £15 each.
Arrival time is after 3pm and departure time is by 10am on your final day.
