About this Holiday Cottage

Perfect for larger families or groups visiting the beautiful Suffolk coast, 14 Market Cross Place in Aldeburgh is a beautiful three storey Georgian house which boasts wonderful sea-views and luxuriously appointed accommodation for up to eight people. The property is ideal for guests wishing to be within walking distance of all the local amenities and families wanting to be close to the beach. The family dog is also welcome by prior arrangement.


This superb property has a ground floor sitting room/ dining room with Sky Freesat TV, a DVD player, feature fireplace with gas fire and dining suite. There is also a luxurious kitchen with Rangemaster cooker, five ring gas hob, two ovens, separate grill, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. 

There is a second living room to the first floor with sea-views, flat screen TV, iPod dock and access to a balcony.

Smoking is not permitted.


Short breaks may be available and are charged at 75% of the weekly rate. One pet is accepted by arrangement.
