About this Holiday Park

Silver Sands is a seaside holiday park in Scotland, near Lossiemouth, on the beautiful Moray Firth coast. Our name comes from the sparkling stretch of beach that runs alongside our site. At our park you can enjoy memorable holidays and short breaks in Scotland, with stays in our caravan holiday homes or on our touring and camping pitches.

Our park is wonderfully located with direct access to a huge sandy beach and close to the seaside town of Lossiemouth. Whether you stay in one of our holiday homes or bring your own tent, tourer or motorhome, you’ll love the fun packed facilities on park and the direct access straight onto West beach.

Around and About

The harbour and fishing town of Lossiemouth is a few miles from Silver Sands Holiday Park and has a good range of shops and restaurants as well as fisheries museum, small theatre/gig venue and the 18 holes of Moray Golf Club, regarded by those in the know as one of Scotland’s finest courses.

If you want to dig into Scotland’s rich history, Balvenie Castle, one of the oldest stone castles in Scotland, is a short drive away, as is Inverness Castle, in the centre of the town overlooking the River Ness. Hang around in town after a trip to the castle for more historic buildings like Inverness Cathedral and the Old High Church.

It’s also not far to the shops, restaurants, museums, galleries and history of Aberdeen: We’d recommend the Aberdeen Art Gallery, Aberdeen Maritime Museum, live music in Belmont Street, Provost Ross’ House and, if you’re around in summer, dropping into some shows at the Aberdeen International Youth Festival.
