Full of period character and charm, Berthlwyd Hall is a beautiful fine Victorian house within extensive grounds, only 10 minutes from Conwy. The grand country house is split into three, and Berthlwyd Hall is the middle property of the three. Perfect for larger families or groups, the property dates from 1898 and features an ornate oak fireplace and panelling in the entrance hallway, an oak staircase leading to the first floor and a stained glass atrium. Guests have access to a large shared gardens and and there is ample off road parking onsite. The Hall is ideal for groups or larger families with a bar (unstocked) and a pool table.
The sitting room is very spacious with plenty of seating, an open fire, TV and DVD player . There is also an unstocked bar area and pool table. The dining space is located in the grand hall and there is also an open fire in this area.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. The hall has a combination of heating with central heating and electric heaters in upstairs bedrooms and open fires in the hall and sitting room.
Each of the four upstairs bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities. Bedrooms include a king size double plus a single bed with an en-suite shower, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and a double bedroom with adjoining bathroom.
The master suite has a four poster bed, seating area and a bathroom with separate shower.
There is a large shared garden with outdoor furniture and plenty of private off road car parking.
The charge for dogs is £20 each per stay (up to 2 dogs welcome). Logs for the open fires are available to purchase locally.
Berthlwyd Hall is ideally situated for exploring North Wales and Snowdonia National Park. Conwy's spectacular medieval castle is only 10- minutes away.
The Island of Anglesey is just over the Menai Strait and the Victorian resort of Llandudno is only a 15 minute drive away. The property is also close to attractions including Zip World adventure centre and Bodnant Gardens.
