The Granary is a truly stunning 19th Century conversion set in its own grounds, surrounded by rolling countryside and farmland. The ideal base for a family getaway, you won't be disappointed with the modern furnishings and original period features remaining from the conversion.
There is a spacious open- plan kitchen/ sitting/ dining area on the first floor of The Granary, with a wood- burning stove, Sky- enabled smart TV and DVD player. The french doors from the sitting area lead to a decked balcony overlooking a small pond.
There is also a fully- equipped kitchen, with appliances including an electric hob, low level oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms at The Granary, a double with a 5' bed and en suite bedroom with free standing bath, and another double bedroom with 5' bed, and a single bed with a family shower area and dressing room.
The balcony overlooks a small pond which is owned by a neighboring farmer, and there is also a lawn garden and patio to the rear of the property.
Strictly no smoking. No pets allowed. Free WiFi for recreational purposes, however the speed and service may depend on the package obtained by the owner. There is on- site parking for three vehicles. Please note that children must be over 10 years old, however a baby in their own moses basket is welcome. There is no telephone.
In the nearby village of Sibton you can find the award- winning White Horse Inn, and a further 2 miles down the road is Peasonhall, which has the famous Emmetts delicatessen, winner of 'The Best Independently-Owned Shop 2012,' at The Gourmet Britain Awards.
