Hingston Down Farm is a spectacularly situated farm in East Cornwall boasting great access to both countryside and coast.
Our two stylish caravans are fully equipped for self catering and provide a comfortable, warm and unique accommodation choice for families and groups of up to six with ample onsite parking available.
Dogs are welcome in both caravans and we have equestrian facilities for those who wish to bring their horse/s.
Our two caravans – Nuthatches and Finches – provide the ideal self catering accommodation for families and groups of up to six people. The caravan comprises a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a double pullout bed in the lounge.
Stylish throughout, open plan living spaces include TV’s for entertainment and a fully equipped self catering kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and all utensils provided. There is a toilet with shower unit.
Both caravans are connected to the mains electric and water and have bottled gas for heating and cooking. Outside each caravan has a small enclosed garden and patio space with BBQ which enjoys surrounding rural views.
Set on 3.5 acres of farmland, our site is ideal for those looking to enjoy both a countryside and coastal holiday. We have three stables and turnout areas onsite and can provide livery facilities for guests wanting to bring their horse/s.
Bed linen and bedding are supplied for your arrival and we welcome well behaved dogs to join you on your holiday at an additional rate of £10 per dog per stays and horses from £10 per night. All utility bills are included in the rental price of the caravan/s.
We also provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, a local paper and local information.
Coxpark is a small hamlet situated in the Tamar Valley and is well appointed for exploring the East Cornwall countryside and coastline. Minutes from our farm there is a petrol station, post office and convenience store. There are a number of local pubs serving food and real ales, wines, spirits and soft drinks.
Keen walkers and horse riders can enjoy the range of walking trails such as Kit Hill, Cothele House, Tamar Trail and the Cornwall foot/ cycle path.
There are plenty of popular places to explore in further areas of Cornwall including Dartmoor, Bude, Bodmin, Looe, Polperro and the Eden Project.
Check in from 2pm on arrival day and caravans must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
