A furnished terrace patio is included and is an ideal spot to enjoy alfresco drinks and dining. Village amenities in Mylor Bridge are just a short stroll away over a hill. Tidal mooring and dingy outhaul is also available if needed and dogs are welcome.

The living area contains a TV and DVD player. The fully fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, a fridge/ freezer, a microwave, washing machine, a dishwasher and dining table.

The shower room with spacious shower unit, wc and wash basin sits just across the corridor from the bedroom.
Parking is available just next to the house and on our own private quay space which is perfect for boat storage and launch. Guests also have use of a dinghy and there is a slipway and beach which is great for swimming at high tide. Tidal mooring and dingy outhaul are both inclusive.
