About these Apartments

Stoneleigh Apartments in Lytham St Annes are a selection of five stylish self-contained apartments only 200 metres from the beach and just 50 metres from Ashton Gardens.  St Annes Square and the main shopping quarter is only a short stroll away, and Blackpool's many attractions are only a 10 minute bus ride from apartments. 

Catering for the discerning visitor and recently refurbished, the Apartments are perfect for golfing breaks.  Lytham St Annes' famous four golf courses are all within a 3 mile radius, and long and short stays are welcome with discounts available for longer stays.  Free WiFi internet access is available in all apartments and off street parking is onsite.

  • DVD players are available on request.
  • Fitted kitchens include a microwave, a full sized oven, a fridge, electric kettle and all essential kitchen accessories/ crockery.

  • All bed linen is included. 
  • Ironing facilities, cots and highchairs are all available. 
  • Electric is by £1 pre-payment coin meter.
  • Central heating/ storage heaters are included in booking price.
  • All apartments include modern bathrooms with a bath and/or shower, wc and wash basin.

  • Accommodation is non-smoking throughout.
  • Free unrestricted parking is adjacent.

Apartment 1

A first floor 2 bedroom apartment at the front of the apartment building with a spacious lounge, an optional wall bed, a twin and double bedroom plus a bathroom and fully fitted kitchen.  This apartment has a 42" plasma TV with Freesat (over 100 channels), plus Freeview TV in the twin bedroom and a DVD player can be made available on request. 

Apartment 2

A 2 bedroom first floor apartment to the rear of the building with garden views.  This apartment would suit a couple or small family group and features a lounge with an optional wall bed, a kitchen, dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.  The lounge includes a 28" TV with Freesat channels, and a TV with Freeview is available in the twin bedroom.  (DVD available on request).

Apartment 3

A second floor 2 bedroom apartment to the front with a spacious lounge also featuring an optional wall bed.  Views are towards the front garden and bedrooms include a twin and double bedroom.  The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen is well equipped with all essentials.  This apartment is perfect for families and includes a 37" TV with Freesat in the lounge.  Freeview TV is in the twin bedroom and a DVD player can be made available on request.

Apartment 4

A rear facing 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor ideal for couples or a small family group with a lounge containing a 32" LCD TV with Freesat and an optional wall bed.  Kitchen and dining areas are available along with a double bedroom and a bathroom.  DVD player on request.

Apartment 5

This ground floor 1 bedroom apartment is front facing with a spacious lounge including a bed settee, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a second wc.  The lounge has a 40" TV with Freeview and Freeview TV is also in the twin bedroom.  A DVD player can be made available on request.  This apartment is perfect for couples or small family groups and has front garden views from the bay window in the lounge. 

Availability/ Further Information

We cater for couples and families.  Changeover day during high season is Saturday to Saturday.  Short lets and long stays are welcome.  Longer stay discounts are available on request.  Short break prices are based on 2 persons sharing - please enquire for family rates.

Arrival is from 2pm on arrival day and departure is by 10am.  Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement only - please call us direct to discuss. 

Around and About

The vibrant seaside resort of Blackpool and its myriad attractions are a short ten minute bus ride away and leafy Lytham is just ten minutes in the opposite direction.  Lytham St Annes is famous for its golf courses and all can be found within three miles of Stoneleigh.  Further afield, the Lake District National Park is just over 1 hour by car.  With the fresh sea air and beautiful surroundings, Stoneleigh will provide a great base for your holiday in this coastal region.


From the M55, follow the signs to St Annes to the seafront and then turn left.  Beach Road is on the left as you approach St. Annes centre.  The train station is just a 5 minute walk away.
