Situated at a former farm known as 'The Travellers Rest', our three barn conversion holiday cottages are set in nearly five acres of wonderful grounds just three miles from the Dorset town of Bridport. Perfect for relaxing breaks, our cottages enjoy superb views over Golden Cap and the cliffs of the Jurassic coast with plenty of resident animals to meet and spacious grounds where the children can safely play.
Our range of accommodation includes single storey Lavender Cottage, an attractive one bedroom property, converted from the former milking parlour, the cottage offers beautiful panoramic views across the valley.
Our two other cottages, Rose and Ivy, can sleep four with both offering an an open plan lounge/ diner/ kitchen. The cottages are heated with oil central heating and the kitchens are well equipped with a cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave and toaster. We also supply a vacuum cleaner, ironing facilities and entertainment facilities include Freeview TV and a DVD player. A welcome tray is provided for your arrival.
Each cottage also offers a parking space and access to other parking on site.

Our three cottages boast their own patio garden where you can relax in the evenings and enjoy the sunsets.
Pets are welcome at an additional charge of £20 per week and there are plenty of country walks nearby to enjoy.
Cots and high chairs can be provided on request and we can also supply a barbecue. Broadband access is available for our cottages. All utility charges are included in the rental price.Well behaved pets are also welcome by prior arrangement
Contact us or visit the website for details of our camping and caravanning facilities with fees available from £10 per person. On a clear day, you can see three counties from the site and the sunsets are beautiful. On site facilities include electric hook ups, fresh water, a wet room, picnic area and chemical disposal point. We also offer hand standing for larger mobile homes. Pets are welcome and there is direct access onto public footpaths. We are close to local amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, a petrol station and a leisure centre. If you are arriving by public transport or heading out and about, there is a bus stop outside our property.
Coastal walks, golf, horse riding and fishing can all be enjoyed within a five mile radius and nearby Bridport offers a good selection of restaurants and take away facilities for evening meals.
Short breaks may be available and are priced at 2/3 of the weekly rate. 10% discounts may be available for late and early bookings. Please contact us for further details.
