Featuring high quality interior, state of the art entertainment facilities and modern self catering kitchens, our six individually themed apartments provide the perfect base for both business and leisure visits.
The apartments are pet friendly and situated close to transport links including ferry services from Southsea, Portsmouth, Southampton and Lymington to the Island. Off road parking is provided in our car park and is free of charge for all guests.
Lounges have comfortable sofas and offer fantastic entertainment facilities including flat screen TV’s with Freeview channels alongside a DVD/VCR player and a music stereo.
Kitchens are fully equipped and come complete with electric ovens, four ring hobs and extractors, a microwave, integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer dryers (ironing facilities are also provided) plus all the crockery, glasses and utensils you might need.
Selected apartments also have additional appliances including food processers and coffee machines. Each apartment also has a dining area set within or adjoined to the lounge.
Honeysuckle is a six person apartment on the ground floor with two king size bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and a twin bedroom.
Chestnut, Willow and Treetops sleep four people each over a king size double room and a twin bedroom. Willow is a great option for disabled guests and those with limited mobility and is based on the ground floor. Chestnut and Treetops are both on the first floor.
Perfect for individuals on business or couples, Rose sleeps two people in a comfortable twin bedroom and is set on the first floor.
Peonie is a first floor studio apartment for two with a twin bedroom.
All apartments have a family bathroom with bath and shower facilities and apartments for six or more people have the addition of an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom.
Ground floor apartments have their own private patios with garden furniture and first floor apartments have access to the shared courtyard area.
Bed linen and towels are provided on your arrival and all apartments have full central heating throughout.
Our apartments are dog friendly and we allow well behaved pets to join you on your holiday with prior notification at no additional charge.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments and we cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. A cot and highchair can be provided on request.
The changeover day for 7 night stays is Friday and we also offer out of season breaks for 3 or 4 nights. Please contact us for further information.
Check in is available between 2 pm and 7 pm and apartments must be vacated on the day of departure by 10 30am.
