Four multi-award winning four star self catering holiday cottages set in beautiful countryside on the edge of Lympsham Village, close to the Somerset coast. Hope Farm itself dates back to the mid 16th Century and the cottages have been lovingly converted from old farm buildings to provide very high quality self catering guest accommodation.
All cottages have a restful lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities within include: TV with digibox, DVD player, VHS player, cassette radio and Broadband Internet.
Each cottage has two bedrooms - one double and one twin, both with en-suite facilities.
The cottages are gathered around a manicured and lawned courtyard and enjoy lovely views to the Mendip Hills. There is floodlit parking for at least four cars per cottage.
Amenities on-site include a laundry and a communal deep freeze.
For children there is a games room with table tennis, snooker/pool, table football, computer games [ps2] and exercise machines and there is also an outdoor children's activity playground.
Additional facilities include covered bike and trailer storage space, a clothes drying area and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests also have access to a Payphone and email facilities.
All of the cottages are on the ground floor and have easy wheelchair access throughout. Front door ramps are available for the elderly or disabled and wheelchairs and other disabled equipment is at hand.
Watch the Kestrels, Owls and Buzzards that nest in trees on the farm. Feed the Chickens, pigs, pet the lambs or visit the neighbouring Cider Farm. The nearby village has a range of amenities including a sports pavilion with a cricket pitch, skittle alley and tennis courts where you can enjoy a drink as temporary members. The classic seaside resorts of Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea, with their long sandy beaches, lie just five miles away and the surrounding countryside is ideal for walking, touring and cycling.

Leave the M5 at Junction 22. Take the third exit at the roundabout onto A38 signposted "Weston-super-Mare".
At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto A370 signposted "Weston-super-Mare".
After 2 miles turn left signposted "Lympsham, Brean & Berrow" and drive straight through the village of Lympsham.
200 yards beyond the village, turn left down Brean Road signposted "Brean & Berrow".
Hope Farm Cottages are 200 yards ahead on the right after the first bend. Take the second bridge into the car park.
