Janevale is a charming self catering holiday home conveniently located within walking distance of Kircudbright town centre, harbour and amenities. The house is ideally placed for golfers, walkers, cyclists and for gardening enthusiasts with beautiful gardens and well stocked nurseries within easy reach. There are sandy beaches close by and for guests interested in outdoor activities or watersports there is an activity centre at nearby Loch Ken.
The cottage is comfortably furnished throughout with a sitting room featuring a TV, DVD player, games and books for visitors' use. The kitchen is compact and well equipped with all essentials including a fridge, an oven and hob, sink, kettle, toaster and ample storage space. The kitchen opens out onto the patio and garden.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom which looks out onto the secluded sunny garden and there is a further double bedroom on the first floor which also overlooks the garden.
To the front of the property is a twin bedded room which is suitable for children.

Kircudbright is known as an artists town and is of great historical and cultural interest. There is the Tolbooth Arts Centre, the Stewartry Museum and numerous galleries. The pretty harbour is still used by fishing boats, whilst the marina caters for recreational sailing craft.
Why not stay with us during the Kirkcudbright Children's Festival or famous food festival. The town hosts monthly Farmers and Producers Markets from March to December.
Beautiful coast and countryside scenery surrounds the cottage which is perfect for gentle strolls, challenging walks and cycling.
