Bronte Guest House is a charming Victorian Bed and Breakfast in a peaceful area of York overlooking Bootham Park, within sight of York Minster. City centre shops, restaurants and attractions are a mere 5 to 10 minute easy walk away and York Registry Office is a mere 2 minute stroll from us. We are an informal and friendly family run guest house with a flair for quality and service. All rooms are en-suite and decorated in stylish muted tones with a quiet understated elegance. Free on-street parking is adjacent and WiFi is available in public areas and in most rooms.
Our bedrooms are beautifully appointed with superbly comfortable beds featuring pocket sprung mattresses, quality bedlinen and ample pillows and cushions. Each room has elegant pieces of occasional furniture including desks, bedside cabinets and good wardrobe storage.

We have a small attractive garden to the rear with ample seating, a perfect spot to relax in and plan your days activities.
Free parking is available and accommodation is non-smoking throughout. The guest house has a full fire certificate and a payphone is available for guest use.
Open all year round excluding Christmas. We are a family oriented guest house - sorry no stag, hen or single sex groups, and we are unable to accommodate children under 4 years.
Reception is open from 9am to 10pm.
