The stylish open plan living area has a wood burner stove, two sofas, a dining area with four high back leather chairs, Freeview TV and a DVD player. Modern self catering facilities include an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer and washing machine. A shared tumble dryer can be found in the table tennis room.
The property is accessed via sixteen external steps. There is a shared patio with furniture, BBQ plus shared grounds with 2.5 acre trout fishing lake and kid's play area.
Leisure facilities onsite include an indoor pool, table tennis room and fitness suite. The fitness suite is charged at £20 per guest per week or £15 for short break.
The rental price includes bed linen, towels, fuel, power and starter pack for the wood burner. Kindling can also be provided at £4 per bag. A travel cot and high chair can be supplied on request.
A license is required for fishing and equipment is available to hire locally. Fishing is free of charge except if a catch is made, then a small fee applies.
Water is via a private supply, fed from a freshwater lake.
Shops can be found four miles away and there is a pub two miles away.
Short breaks are welcome during off peak times and as last minute stays. Two well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. No smoking.
