Situated in the Applethwaite area of Limefitt Park, Stoney Brow Lodge is set in a raised position and offers a wonderful base for families visiting the Lake District. The spacious accommodation is also suitable for up to three couples and there are plenty of lakeside and country walks to enjoy nearby. Use of nearby leisure facilities is included and guests also enjoy discounted leisure facilities and meals at the on site restaurant during their stay.
The accommodation at Stoney Brow Lodge comprises of a master double bedroom with ensuite shower room, two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped for a self catering break with a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, built in electric oven and plenty of small appliances, utensils and crockery supplied. Entertainment facilities including two flat screen TVs, CD player, iPod dock and a DAB radio. There is a dining area seating six, spacious lounge with feature fireplace and access onto the decked verandah with further seating provided. Parking for two cars is available next to the lodge.
Up to two dogs are accepted at a charge of £10 each. A travel cot and high chair can be provided at no extra charge. Bedding, towels and utility charges are included.
Guests can enjoy use of the nearby leisure facilities at Low Wood Club during their stay which include a pool, spa and gym. You can also save up to 20% on leisure activities in the surrounding area including water skiiing tuition, canoe and kayak hire and sailing tuition. Dine at the Cafe del Lago and enjoy a 20% discount on your food bill.
Short breaks of three nights or more are welcome throughout the year but please note that the park is closed from January 15th to February 28th. Late availability and returning guest discounts may be available - contact us for further details.
