About these Apartments

We warmly welcome guests to the stylish Waverley House Holiday Apartments in Blackpool situated in a prime position on the sunny side of Dean Street, just 4 doors away from the Promenade and only minutes from Pleasure Beach theme park and Sandcastle Waterpark. Waverley House Apartments offer quality Blackpool accommodation at an unbeatable price – our fantastic value weekly booking prices have remained the same for 3 consecutive years!


Sleeping from 2 to 6 guests, the apartments include ground floor properties and are for couples and families only (strictly no Stag and Hen Parties and no pets please). The self-contained apartments are all strictly non smoking and include flatscreen Freeview TV's, Wi-Fi and bedlinen. Extras such as hair dryers, cots and ironing facilities are happily provided on request.

Ground floor Flat 3 (sleeps two) with a large double bedroom, en-suite shower and stylish leather suite perfect for couples.

Flat 4 (sleeps 4) also on the ground floor, with attractive lounge containing a leather suite and 32” TV.

Flats 3 and 4 can be combined to create a spacious apartment which we call Flat 2 and provides large family accommodation sleeping 6 - bring Grandma and Grandad!

First floor flats feature Flat 5 (sleeps 4) guests with a double wall bed and bunk beds, Flat 6 for two guests with open plan living space and Flat 7 which is front facing with bay window and open plan living space.

On the second floor there are three further apartments  – Flat 8 (sleeps 6), Flat 9 (sleeps 2) and Flat 10 (sleeps 4 and front facing) 

The Penthouse Apartment is spacious and front facing, situated on the third floor with fabulous views and a stylish lounge containing a corner leather suite and 32” TV. Starter welcome packs of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls and dish cloths are available on arrival and modern kitchens include microwaves, fridges, toasters and full sized electric ovens.

Other Facilities

A well stocked ground floor bar with large flatscreen TV and reasonably priced drinks,  - the perfect spot for relaxing and meeting other guests.
