Ideal for families or couples, Rose Cottage is perfect for relaxing breaks to the Lake District with lovely features such as a wood burner and deep window seats retained. The cottage also has an attractive garden and is nine miles from Kendal and sixteen miles from Windermere.
The comfortable lounge has a wood burner stove, two sofas, Freeview TV, a DVD player and iPod dock. There is also a dining area in the kitchen plus self catering facilities such as an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washer/ dryer and dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms - one double and one twin - which share use of a bathroom with overhead shower, WC and hand basin.
The enclosed garden has furniture and a BBQ. There is also off road parking for one car and bike storage.
The rental price includes bed linen, towels, fuel and power. The telephone is for incoming calls only.
Short breaks may be available during off peak times and as last minute deals. One well behaved dog is welcome.
