From the North/East follow the A171 Whitby to Middlesbrough moor road, turn left at the roundabout onto A169 through Sleights, up Blue Bank and onto the moors.

Take the right hand turning for Goathland and continue through the village. The cottage is on the right hand side of the road just after the junction for Egton opposite the Church. From the South/West, follow the A169 Whitby road and approximately 1 mile after passing RAF Fylingdales turn left where signposted Goathland.

Follow this road and the properties are situated immediately on the left as you enter the village, opposite the Church on the junction for Egton.
