Set on the western edge of the Forest of Bowland near Lancaster, Clougha View is one of three properties on our 300 acre dairy, beef and sheep livestock farm. The rural location is within easy reach of Lancaster attractions such as Williamson Park and The Ashton Memorial. Several premier golf courses are nearby and Morecambe, the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales are all within easy driving distance.
Living space is across two floors and includes a ground floor lounge with a cosy woodburner, a TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player.
The kitchen has fully integrated appliances including a gas hob and an electric fan assisted oven, a washer dryer and all essential kitchen accessories.
A downstairs cloak room is also available.

Knotts Farm sits just within the Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Cottages are only 2 miles from Lancaster city centre, ideally close to Lancaster University and within easy reach of the pretty Lune Valley and Morecambe on the coast.
Off the M6, Junction 33 - exit the motorway following signs for 'Lancaster'. Carry on straight through Galgate village. At the second set of lights take a right turn signed Alexandra House/ Forest Hills. Continue following this road, over a mini roundabout, then back underneath the motorway, across two sets of crossroads.
At the end of this road - Littlefell Lane - there's a T-Junction with a forest just in front of you. Take a right turn and Knotts Farm is on your right just a little down the lane.
Off the M6, Junction 34 - follow signs for Caton for about 3 miles. When you enter the village take the first right signed for Quernmore Road, carry on 2.9 miles along this road. Knotts Farm is just on your left after you pass a phone box and you exit a wooded area.
