In order to make the iknow-uk web marketing tool a highly effective place to advertise your hotel, b&b, guest house, holiday cottage, holiday flat, apartment, holiday park or hospitality business they must be good sites for your potential customers to use. The following rules are made with that in mind.

All information about your business must be truthful and accurate and must be a fair reflection of the services provided to guests.

No language or words may be used that may be considered offensive. The opinion of iknow-uk in such matters will be final.

Wording cannot be used that is detrimental to other accommodations.

All material supplied (including photos) must be free of copyright.

No HTML or other coding may be entered in any text entry fields when entering or modifying an accommodation listing.

In order to enforce these guidelines we require all customers to agree to the guidelines above when they commence a paid or trial listing.

Failure to adhere to the web marketing content rules set out above could lead to your advertisement being suspended or terminated at the discretion of iknow-uk. The decision will be based on the severity of the rule breech and the decision of iknow-uk will be final.
